Immortal (Poem 1)

I knew we couldn't promise a forever

But I held out hope for the day that immortalised our love

I guess I still am

I am reminiscent (Poem 2)

I relive the day

Where our lips touched as more than friends

I relive the words utterly of I loves you

The forever and a days

I hadn't ever thought we would resort to modes of the past

But I will hold you forever

For a spillage of love can blur a line or two

A Dead Stars Orbit (Poem 3)

I fear the only mistake was hiding our truth with facades of people pleasing

Young love doesn't last for life

And I was anticipating our flatline

We've seen everything from Saturn to Mars

And I think we drifted out of orbit

Still holding eahcither like dead stars bathed in a supernova or paintings we curated

We cant live on stars when our intentions have died

Snow Angel's

You push lower when you are high  An ecstasy of blurred vision  A euphoria of disillusionment  Your highs are powdered with highlighter and glitter pens  Yet you don't see it  Or choose you ignore it
